Agents and administrators can modify every aspect of every listing. Taken directly from the MLS system, listings automatically populate in Touchbase and can be modified to suit each agent's needs:
Agents can create teams and assign certain messages to others in their teams. The listing dispatch allows each agent to customize the workflow of each type of message.
For example, an agent could have his assistant or second listing agent manage his showings for a certain listing during office hours, and then receive all showing requests for that property out of office hours.
Pre-approve or block showings during specific time periods, or schedule an open house. Showing availability is made available to any agent that looks up your listing, on Touchbase, SM2, or through their MLS.
Any showing request sent during a pre-approved period will automatically be confirmed, and any showing instructions entered will be sent to the showing agent.
Do you have a hard time getting feedback from other agents after a visit?
Setting up our automatic feedback request takes only a few seconds.
After each showing, a request will be sent out to the buyer's agent, requesting feedback on the property. The request is complete with the address, MLS number, time, and date of the showing.
Touchbase allows sellers to be included in certain communications in the showing management process, should they wish.
Touchbase reports go back two years, and can be sent automatically by email for maximum efficiency and organization.
